Mother of the Queen.
That’s right, even from an early age she was known as “Mother of the Queen”, that is to say, the Queen who’s currently reigning over the UK, apparently people in the UK had physic powers a century ago.
So yeah, then almost 100 years later, around 1989 or 1988, again, on the 4th of August, a miracle was achieved, a man was born.. but not only was he a man, he was half man, half trumpet, I speak, of course, of Iandrasil, Grand Trumpet Baron of Holland.
So then in 1990, the venerable Planto-kun was grown from the forbidden golden soil of timbaktu, master of comedy, danglers, and all things Lanty, of course, what is a funny man without his straight man? So then one week later, Thorsion was born.
In short I spent about 5 minutes explaining that it’s my birthday in a month, which isn’t really important, I just make everything 100 times more dramatic.
So.. er.. hmm.
I started reading Yotsuba&, which I kept saying out loud as “Yotsu ban” and laughing to myself, and it’s awesome, not more can be said, it is simply hilarious.
From time to time the Apa-dai-yo fakesub of Bleach 167 gets a comment, more or less they are.. good comments, which I find nice to read, even if all I did was make the script, Thors’ did all the actual encoding, timing and typesetting and stuff. It’s time when people say stuff like that, which makes me want to do more subbing stuff, maybe, just maybe, when the new episodes of non-filler Bleach start, we’ll sub it again. Considering our subbing was created with such a lack of understanding of the Japanese language, I am amazed how well it turned out, very accurate.
Then again, it might be because it’s a shounen, which generally consists of NANI, WATASHI WA… TORYA, and, KUROSAKI-KUN, screams and little else.
Woosh.. I’m gonna.. go..get breakfast.
Oh yeah, Adam’s got money so he can buy Brawl. That’s a subtle reminder. I shall print out thousands of pieces of paper, fold them up, and then launch a airfleet brigade of “BUY BRAWL” paper aeroplanes into the air, soaring towards him.
You know, it’s been a while since I’ve posted a video that’s not ZOMGANIME related so….
I know I’m a huge critic, but I loved Casino Royale, the opening especially, the acting, action and guns/girls/gadgets were all neat too. Everything you’d want out of a James Bond movie.. now I’m pining for Goldeneye, I’ve NEVER seen the freaking intro for that movie, I always turn it on JUST as 006 gets shot.. sheesh.
Think I’ll go download a blu-ray rip of it, and then buy the blu-ray. You know, I can’t actually play blu-rays, but.. yeah.. I..er.. why the fuck can’t they fit a HD movie on a DVD exactly? I’m not really a whizz-kid about tech, but as far as I know, looking at my movies folder, HD movies rarely tend to be over 8GB.. so.. is it just a problem with fitting them on DVDs in that LOL PLAYBACK ETC or are we all just getting taken for a ride?
